We offer consultations for evaluating an estates items so a person is able run their own estate sale if desired. Stop throwing your hidden gems/ valuables away. This service is for those who chose not to hire us to conduct the estate sale, but instead, prefer to operate their own. (This service, will be calculated on an "Per hour" basis).
If we can't help-We will find a respected company for your needs (recommending a reputable realtor for sale of the home, replacement of carpet, painting, lawn services etc.,).
